FNB claims the new online banking is simple - it's

Complaint to FNB which I tried to send by onluine form.

How the do you log on? Simple it isn't.
I enter my login details and nothing happens.
And why do you need my ID number to answer a simple query?
If your call centre answered I wouldn't be wasting my time doing this!
Some more points - the 'demo help' only helps you AFTER you have managed to log on.
And your unanswered call centre gives a message on how to contact you by email. And what do you ask for? A support number that is only available AFTER you've logged in!

I finally logged on - no reason why it worked this time and not all the other times - and I displayed my transactions - how do I print? Your help says the button is next to search and download. It isn't!
Do you test at all?

This is really appalling. I'm sure your IT people have had a big party, congratulating themselves ion the flashy new site. Perhaps they should concentrate on testing, quality assurance and sensible roll-out.

And the biggest joke? When you send the complaint the system falls over!
