Outsurance fibbing again-bad bad service

I refer to an earlier incident that i placed where outsurance treated me unfairly because of the drivers passport status (driver is not RSA citizen). I had to report them here to get a response and now I am doing it again! I was assured that I would treated better by the Head of the Claims (Kitso) division. I have been trying to get a hold of him since Tuesday leaving numerous messages and yet to no avail. Why do you make promises that you cannot keep? Fibbing to people is not the way to go. I am tired of fighting with Outsurance-Ive been fighting since the beginning of May!!! And no one responds yet they claim that they will.

I have had no response as to the way forward by Kitso as he promised and i am still waiting. Kitso promised that they would extend my courtesy car if my car was not ready for collection by Friday. I went to the panel beater and he assured me that there is no way that it will be ready!

I am still waiting for a response from outsurance. I am pretty sure that the tabloids would love to hear about this!
