On Wednesday 11/12/13 I applied for a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini 8GB White, through FNB. On Thursday I received an sms thanking me, but advising they would let me know the outcome shortly. Today I received a reply that my application had been declined "due to credit criteria not met"! I have purchased an iPad in April 2012, which is being paid monthly at R219. I was under the impression that one was able to purchase another item, payments for phone would be R209 p.m., and according to the listed criteria the funds deposited to my account are more than sufficient! Could you maybe give me a reason for this, or is it merely approved/declined by a computer?
