Complaint sorted satisfactorily

I lodged a complaints about being billed for late payment where as I had already paid. Gregory from Discovery called me the same day I lodged the complaint and it was sorted out satisfactorily. The late payment fee was reversed and he explained how to make payments in future.
I'm happy about the quick responce and good service I received.
