Claim Sorted Out

I was due a payment from Discovery Health for a procedure i Had done and settled with the doctor. Discovery acknowledged the payment and posted a cheque for the amount. The cheque never arrived. I called the claims department and discussed the problem with Shelly (i think that was her name). She stayed on line as we went through my profile on their website.
In the end, she arranged an EFT to be done for this payment as well as any future payments. She called back two days later to confirm that everything was in process and was so very helpful.
Well done Discovery for handling this so efficiently and to Shelly for being so professional and following up.
