TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SUPPORT

I paid for my Discovery credit card (linked with FNB) on the 24th of December 2012, R1450, knowing that the 25th and 26th were holidays and to avoid not paying at all as this is around the festive season.
Discovery charged me R210 for late payment of which I have shown that I made payments on the 24th but they refute to refund this amount. They are trying to get me to rather do debit card payments instead of settling my account directly with them and I find this unfair and straight out cheating.
I would like this amount reversed and the reasons given are futile and do not make sense saying I paid on their closing day and that I had done the same thing in 2009 and yet this was reversed and they cannot reverse this again... hello this was 3 years ago. I am sick of companies like Discovery trying to cheat and money from people and this has to stop. I have proof of payment and they try to deny this... Bad service all the way.
