Deacesed person bank account still open for debit

Hello Peter i tried being patient with Delia Martin and the Capitec Bank but im enough now. They promised to close my deceased's mother's bank account and its now almost 4 months but the account is still open for debit orders.
When i first complained to you Hello Peter the amount in my mothers savings accounts was R8000.00 and now its R7000.00.The other 2 debit orders that went through in October and November the Capitec did speak to the Creditos and they returned my mothers money but to my suprise with all the documentation submitted to prove that my mother passed away there are still debit orders running through.

Now Delia promised from December month that she will make sure that my mom's account is closed and its now January and she is not responding to my calls or e-mails. Now im tired Capitec Bank since your Complaints Manager Delia Martin cant help me please can i get my mothers account to be finally closed please.

I even have the Letter of Authority, my ID copy, my bank details and i left the copies at Thorntree branch and Temba Brach but still they cant help me. I hope this is now the last time im writing a complain about my mothers account not being able to be closed.
