RENTAL CAR RESOURCES

After supplying all the relevant documentation to Claudette, (consultant) in order to insure my claim was processed she resigned and the system crashed. Because of this I was contacted 10 days later by Thelma, she asked me to re-submit all the documentation. I did this but a large amount of time had been lost due to Affinities incompetence. I requested that they merely give me the 10 days of car rental back for which i have lost my lively hood. I was contacted by The senior manager whom informed me that they cannot help clients even if they are at fault, this is because car rentals are outsourced and they do not have the resources! Surely licenses should only be issued to companies that can cope with eventualities and systematic problems. It has been weeks and still no communication what so ever...
