On opening account in November 2012 i was offered a credit card. Twice i was asked to provide the relevant income and expenditure details as they had lost the documentation. In March / early April 2013 i went to the Centurion Lifestyle Centre to follow up on the credit card since i had been contacted telephonically asking again for the documentation. I told them i have given it twice and refuse to do so again and that they must find them. I was then shown the monitor which stated " YES " under documentation received. All the consultant would tell me is bring the documents in again. Really is it my fault???
