I'd like to say thank you to Peter Mojapelo, who assisted me in insuring my cars over the phone. I originally asked for the call - but then I was travelling and working, and so kept having to put him off... Not once was he impatient or pushy. To my pleasure, Peter kept his word every single time - when I asked him to phone again another day, he did. When I postponed again, he then phoned me exactly when I had asked him to, several days later. And then, when I was still busy, and asked him to phone in two hours - he did so exactly as requested, and proceeded to efficiently and courteously see to my needs. I deeply appreciate the respect that shows for my time, something that is all too often appallingly lacking in call centre staff. I'm very pleased with Prime Meridian's service, as well as their prices! I did speak to Peter's manager in person - but I'm very happy to recommend such service publicly as well.
