No delivery of items bought at online mall

On the 29/6/2013. I bought at Urewards online mall. Paid with my Standard Bank Debit Card. I was impressed that I would receive my goods after two days. Well to my surprise turning out to be a nightmare. Numerous follow up per telephone calls (at my expense) and no one can tell me when I will receive my purchase. Online shop stated items were in stock and would be dispatched after two days. I paid R95.00 for the items to be couriered to me. The shop is apparently in Cape Town and I live in Kuilsriver, Cape Town.so how difficult is it to deliver my purchases. 12/7/2013follow up yielded no good news about the status of delivery of my purchases.
My dissatisfaction is:
1.Why false advertising about deliver of goods?
2.Why pay for courier service for prompt delivery and this does nor occur?
3.Why can no one tell me about the status of my purchase?
4.They need to dedicate a person to be responsible for customers who follow up regarding their online purchases.

Poor service delivery totally unacceptable.
