I ordered 4 chevron loungers online and received them today. All 4 chairs were rejects, they either had wholes in them or they were broken. This is my first time shopping online from Mr Price Home specifically and I'm extremely disappointed! Does the stock not get checked before it gets delivered? Am I still expected to pay the delivery fee even though all items were damaged? I shop online for convenience, but now I have to go to a store to return the items, which defeats the purpose! Pls can you replace the chairs for me with proper non damaged ones?
