Okay so I am trying to pay for 3 items, 1 item a normal in stock Item and the 2 other items for pre-order. So after the payment failed with a stunning error message a Junior Developer must have decided on the call center tells me I must pay for the normal item separately... after adding and removing items I must now do all 3 items as separate purchases and with all 3 I have to pay R35 delivery where the single payment would have been no delivery costs and I would have been happy getting all 3 items on the last items delivery date but there is not such an option and paying 20% more for my purchase due to all these delivery charges are just basic logic thrown out the window. I have to now import these items myself at the same price you over me locally and they deliver it before the pre-order date. Not what you would expect from a big local supplier.
