On 07/06/2013 I used an FNB ATM Machine to withdraw cash using my ABSA card. I did not receive cash and later received an sms stating that R1000X2 was withdrawn. I immediately contacted stop card and logged a complaint and was given a case ref no 2382950. O the 24/06/2013 I received an sms from MTN with this number 2783930022970000 with ref to case no 2382950 stating kindly receive the Mtn voucher R1000X2 airtime 278348316631000 of your claim ref 2382950 case closed.
I went to ABSA bank and was referred to contact MTN, which i did, and was informed that the voucher digit number was 15 instead of 16 digits therefore is not MTN numbers.
Thats the reason why I logged my complaint with you seeking assistance
