No sympathy from Nedbank

My account was overdrawn & nedbank did not even bother send sms there just reverse my debit order. we are in Dec where shopping is much high compare to other months or there should have informed me rather than reverse the transaction and charge R200 for reversal which make things much expensive for me. why my bank is not sympathetic towards its clients now i am wondering why i am investing to the bank which does not care in the times where i need my bank most.i have been applying for re-advise through my home loan for the past 6 months and my application was turn down due to affordability. i requsted an amount R20 000 which will be included to my home loan payable over 20 years which translate to addition of R100 into my current instalment. please tell me i can't afford an addition of R100 to my instalment? does this make a financial sound? i been with nedbank for couple of years now, i bought a car through nedbank and settle it before contract period and paid my account on time with no hassle.i have a bond with nedbank and my salary is paid through nedbank but still no appreciation from the bank, just take its client for a ride.please sortout or switch investmt to other bank.
