Not answering a simple question

The question: I opened an account and did not receive a card with it. What are the procedures to obtain a card
Response 1: We don't give confidential information over e-mail. Call us.
Me: I don't want confidential information. I want to know what the procedures for a new card is.
Response 2: Call us.
I don't want to call you! I want you to answer the question. Do I go to the bank? Do I login to my Internet banking and do it there?

1. Could someone please provide me with a professional response?
2. The inquiry number is "QP1544612: Re. QP1540077". Please explain to the contact centre staff why their responses were inadequate and unprofessional.
