TRYING TO CANCEL A LANDLINE AND ADSL IMPOSSIBLE

First CALL MADE TO CALL CENTRE ABOUT PROCEDURE TO CANCEL. I WAS TOLD A MONTHS NOTICE TO BE MAILED AND DONE THIS THE 25 NOVEMBER 2013 WITH MONTHS NOTICE FOR END DECEMBER 2013. DESPITE 3 FOLLOW UP CALLS TO CALL CENTRE AND ANOTHER FOLLOW UP EMAIL I NOW GET SMS FROM TELKOM LINE WILL BE SUSPENDED. i MADE ANOTHER CALL TO CALL CENTRE WHO INFORMED ME THE FIRST MAIL THEY RECEIVED WAS ON THE 21 December AND THE NOTE ON SYSTEM SAID PREVIOUS REQUEST WAS NOT FROM AN AUTHORISED ACCOUNT HOLDER BUT OPERATOR SAID IS CONFIDENTIAL CANT TELL ME WHO MADE THE NOTE. I QUESTION WHO DECIDED I'M NOT AUTHORISED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE ALL MY PREVIOUS MAIL AND NO RESPONSE. PLEASE HELP WITH A PERSON THAT HAS THE AUTHORITY TO LOOK INTO AND ACTION THIS REQUEST AS I BELIEVE IT TAKES PEOPLE MONTHS TO GET ACCOUNTS CANCELLED WITH TELKOM WHICH I CAN BELIEVE WITH THE FEED BACK I HAVE HAD THUS FAR. i WILL PAY MY OUTSTANDING BILL ONLY IF I CAN GET CONFIRMATION THAT CANCELLATION IS BEING ACTION AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN END OF DECEMBER 2013 AS I FOLLOWED THE PROCEDURES AS REQUESTED BY TELKOM - CAN SOMEONE DO THEIR WORK NOW! CALL ME ON MY CELL AND RESPOND TO MY EMAIL REQUEST!!
