I have sent a mail with quite a simple question to Old Mutual on 5 June. I got a computer generated mail back with Rev Number. On 10 June I sent a second mail asking why there is no response. Again a computer generated response with Reference number. On 11 June I followed their customer complain procedure and sent a 3rd mail, guess what- No response.
No other way to get to anyone except via the call center who block any complaints and insist that we tell them your story. I did get through just to get an email address for a mr Spreeueberg where the mail was returned as non-delivered.
