Waiver period

I have two educational Policies with Old Mutual and I am currently under
severe financial problems. my company has implemented short time and we
have received official letters on short time. I would like to make use of
my waiver period on all my policies.

Kindly process my application starting from the month of July for six
months.

I got this as the tracking no GSENQ774184 and it has been almost two weeks with no reply.
