I would like to express my appreciation of the great service I received from Dineo.
There's an advert i came across which i quote "If you want to know how good your insurance is, Claim"
I Claimed and Dineo proved that i am with the right insurance company hence I will be staying a loyal customer to Dial Direct. She communicated with me via Telephone e-mail constantly giving me feedback on the status of my claim. I appreciate her efficiency and most importantly, she made promises which were kept, she promised to call me back, send me an e-mail, etc and She fulfilled all those promises.
She Sympathised with me on the loss of my phone and I appreciate that.

I would like to thank Dineo for carrying her work/role with distinction and pride.
