EMBARRASSED AND HUMILIATED FOR THE LAST TIME

I was called by my wife indicating that our area had no electricity and that I needed to get some prepared food from the store. I attempted to make a purchase from Pick 'n Pay Middelburg using my Nedbank Cheque card only to be declined multiple times and this after my last balance still indicated sufficient funds to cover the amount. I had to leave all the groceries and walk across the entire length of the mall to get to an ATM only to discover that Nedbank had charged/deducted sundry charges in excess of R300 without notifying me of these deductions after I was assured that all transactions over R100. would be sent to me via cell phone notification. Thank you for humiliating me NEDBANK. I am closing my account and I will start the process to take my 200 plus employees with me to a more communicative bank. I am using Hello Peter because even your "HELPDESK" is as useless at understanding as your business practices are. If I could sue you for public humiliation and embarrassment I would not even to talk about mental anguish in a critical time of need.
