Lack of Communication and Late Delivery

Hi,

I applied for one of the smart device contracts on the 7th of November 2013, received an sms to let me know that the order will be confirmed... then nothing. It is now the 18th and still no word from the bank. Took the initiative and logged a query with the Premier Banking, only to receive an email that they will get back to me in 2 days (support number 8948039) - after waiting for 11 days this is not acceptable. So I phone... I didn't get the ladies name, but was told that she can escalate this and it will take 48 working hours to do so (and that they do not have telephones in the complaints department so I cannot speak with them).

I am not happy with the level of service and professionalism displayed by FNB. As a Premier customer I pay more for this account and for a level of service that this bank can clearly not deliver.

Based on the automatic responses that have been logged against other queries on this site by FNB today I am in serious doubt that they will be able to attend to my query within a reasonable time frame.

The line has been drawn in the sand FNB. How can we help you? Fix. This. Now
