I sent a request by email on 06/06/2013 to FNB's Premier Services to please be assigned a Premier banker to my accounts. I then call 2 days later as the mail had not been attended to and I was given the terms of acquiring those services which I met and sent proof via email as verification that I qualify for the services.
It is now 03/07/2013 and I still have not been assisted. My request was handled by Ms Marcia Maseko who has completely abandoned the request.
I'm highly disappointed in FNB and I'm seriously considering moving to a bank that values it's customers
