About 3 - 4 weeks ago, I went to a FNB ATM in Volksrust to draw money. As I've put my card in and select to draw R1000 the bank withdraw 1000 from my account, yet the ATM only gave my R100!! So I called the security gaurd on duty standing by ATM's for assistance, and showed him what has happend. He said I should go in to the bank and ask them for help. As we have done that, we still have NO RESONSE from the bank however, there was another lady with the exact same thing just happened to her. Now I wonder what is going to happen am I ever going to see that money again or are FNB not taking responsibility if the machine got hacked? Is the security gaurd really there to assist or is it just for job creation?
