Cancvelation and my full refund

I called them and asked to cancel this, they siad they did and gave me my money now they still debiting my bank account and sending me smss which I don't want! Please cancel for real and give me my money and bank charges for those unauthorised debit orders right now or else I'm sending this to the ombudsman
