Poor service, staff have no clue about products

In this day and age, CAPITEC Bank has the worst service and technology. Their internet banking does work, so you have to go into the bank. If you want to purchase an item online, you have to go into a branch to activate this service. Worst bank ever. When calling the Call Centre, while being on hold you can hear the staff having a conversation and not knowing anything about their product.

This bank is certainly not moving forward. WORST BANK EVER.
