Received from Bidvest around 20:28 stating over limit transaction has been approved. Called the call centre. Agent assured me NO transaction was approved and I must ignore. Looked at my statement on Sat and see trans "CANCEMI ROSARIO PALERMO -6 204.71" AUTHRISED.Called centre, cancelled the card. and informed me POS international transaction. Submitted dispute 2013/07/23 09:34:02. I waited 11 working days. I queried on 2013/08/02 13:43:15 & 16 August 2013 10:01 AM.Below response Claudia Menge. Couple of things:1. It's now a MONTH 2. I follow up! 3. The investigation is NOT complete as the email is contradictory! 6. This is unacceptable! 7. I got areplacement card and I am charged twice for the card! 8. When are you guys getting chips cards. I had to move some money to Capitec so that I can do POS transactions! --- Email From Claudia --Good day Mr Govender, The investigation would have been completed on the 13th Aug, however, the investigator on the case went into hospital on Thursday last week and we are therefore busy completing the last few things received from our Call Centre. Apologies, we are working around the clock to get it done
