I recently lost my cellphone, which was insured with 24hour mobility. I completed the claim form they needed me to, and after waiting until today had received no feedback. I then contacted both 24 hour mobility, and admin as they confirmed I was covered with them, only to be told the IMEI number loaded was in fact not mine, but my ex boyfriends. I find this highly dissatisfying as I have been paying my premiums monthly. I have proof that we, myself and my then boyfriend, requested my IMEI number be loaded and asked that this be confirmed. Which was done, and now the consultants who helped with this are no longer employed with the company. Another thing I would like to mention is that my other Nokia phone's details were loaded but not my current phone, nd on the paperwork i says blackberry torch, which is the phone i had. Needless to say I would like this sorted out, as I have been paying for a service, which I feel I am not currently receiving.
