I called Outsurance in June this year if i am not mistaken, spoke to a guy who gave me a quote which was double what i was paying at my current insurance company, because i was involved in an accident adround May, i told the guy that i know for certain my insurance was going to go up and that if it will be fine to send my new policy schedule once i have it, and the guy said no problem thats fine. The schedule was delayed, I then called again on the 28/10/2013 and spoke to Khothadtso Mokhortla, i actually called in for a quote and they still gave me a higher quote still after my premium went up. I then told the lady about when i called in June and that i was never apid any R400 and if i can send my policy schedule, she said no mam your money was piad in June, i then asked to which bank account as i never sent any bank details as well as the schedule for my policy was never sent, to cut it short she said because i was quoted in June they cant pay me cos its gonna be like i was paid twice, but i was never PAID??? I asked to speak to the supervisor called Dashaad Khan, he was not willing to take my call... my question is why would one want to insure with such a company???
