I recently tentatively signed up with King Price insurance but cancelled my application via email.
Great was my surprise when I received an email from King Price on Monday, 26 August 2013 that read as follows: (Email copied and pasted):
"Policy no: KPxxx
Dear...
Your telephonic conversation with Samantha Feiling on August 26, 2013 refers. We truly value you as a policy holder but unfortuantely as discussed we hereby confirm that you will no longer be taking cover from King Price Insurance and that your policy has been cancelled..."
I am unaware of any telephone conversation with Samantha! Nobody phoned me as far as I know!
If King Price is not honest in their feedback and did not do a spell check before sending the email... how can I entrust them with my earthly belongings?
