On the 29th May I sent an email to Virgin Insurance requesting my policy schedule to be emailed to me as the annual increases have just been enforced on my policy. One expects an insurance company to automatically send new policy documents when they have increased my monthly installments. Email after email, I was last told on Monday 3 June "Kindly be advised that the document request is not going through as there is a fault on the policy. I have requested our technical department to assist with the query."
Now, Friday 7th June, I am still waiting with no feedback whatsoever.
I'm starting to feel as though it wont be sent so that clients cant get quotes from other insurance companies?
