BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

I am the Legal guardian of my sister's son because she passed away, my mother opened an account for the Minor, he lost his bank card. On the 22 of June 2013 i went to report the incident at the Mamelodi Branch, the manager requested a copy of my mother's death certificate, a copy of her id, a copy of my id, a copy of the minors birth certificate and the legal guardian document from the court. he said he will send it through to the Head Office and within the next 3 business days til this date haven't received any feedback. Yesterday the 10th of July I called the head office and one of the consultants said she cant help me with anything she just have to block the card that's all she said, then the line got cut. What do I do regarding this
