In oct/nov 2012, my parents cancelled their contract and asked for their points to be sold on and monies to be paid to them. in jan 2013, my dad passed away and later that month, when we followed up on the refund, were told that the offices closed in dec and the request was only being processed in jan 2013. My mother was sent a letter requesting her fees etc, and had to then give a new letter stating she couldn't afford the contract (in addition to request given previous year) and provided a copy of my dad's death certificate. a very emotional and sad time for her, made worse by the incompetance of this company! well, more to come-in may 2013, she was asked for another copy of his death certificate as well as signature of the executor of his estate (myself) - they LOST his previous death certificate, provided to them in jan!!! a new statement arrives in the post: asking for R2540 and arrear balance of R846.68.my mother is devistated, each time they post her this mail, it's addressed to my father. I have on numerous occasions delt with darren leigh in jhb who has asked bellville office (ct) to contact me, nobody does. I will be taking this to argus action - money=
