I'm very disappointed in Alex Forbes and not only regarding the excess u are trying to impose on my policy as I've had hassles in my claim on my vehicle as well. I've been a long standing client with Alex Forbes and ex staff member of 5 yrs. How do u warrant a comp excess for R5000 on all sections?? Has my policy been screened properly?? Bear in mind that I know your product and your underwriting criteria. I fully understand the loss ratio and if a reasonable comp excess was applied to the all risks I would understand but to the entire section I have a major problem with this! This was my first vehicle claims since 2008 when our vehicle was and Miway handled that claim. I WILL not accept the comp excess on all sections and want this reviewed. My premium is not a small premium and ive been a loyal client, I feel that my policy has been unfairly viewed and will not accept this.
