About 2 months ago, I applied for my husbands trade test certificate, I was told from a very casual lady that I must fax a affidavit stating all my details and why I needed a copy, and send a copy of my ID, I did all this, the lady said they willphone me when the certificate is ready for collection. STILL NOTHING, now how long does it take to obtain a copy of a certicate that is yours. I need it for a job and now I am waiting. WHy cant it be faxed or emailed to me, I dont need an original
