Trying to get a update but being pass on

Hi

I got contacted by Alexander Forbes about unclaimed benefits in arround the 18th of April.

The emailed me a bunch of documents to fill in on the 3rd of May, and requested a stamped bank statement.
I posted the documents back with a tracking number.
I followed up a week later and they confirmed receipt of the documents on the 16th of May and said it should take 6-8 weeks to process.

Today 10 July I emailed for a status update to the same email and got a reply that the tracking department cannot assist, I should call the Unclaimed benefits department.

I tried the number provided but it did not go through.

Could someone from the relavant department please just email me a status update, what ever the status may be.
