Since 6/5/2010 I have been corresponding with Alexander Forbes. Countless telephonic discussions of which the last was on 10/08/2011 @ 15h04 with a Mr Luther Feros; whom subsequently informed me that I was on the short-list for payment, however, my details could not be found.

Prior to 31/8/2011 @ 16h00 when I forwarded all requested documentation yet again, as it was submitted on several occasions; with confirmation reports from Alexander Forbes acknowledging receipt of these documents. The fund has also been repeatedly placed on hold since early May 2010.

On 15/9/2010 I received an email from Ms C Bennett acknowledging receipt of my email with apparent attached documents (of which there were none). On the same instant I informed her of this problem requesting re-submission -- to no avail. Only after I had made a complaint on the 5/6/2011 (9 months later), did I receive a response on the 5/11/2011; from Ms N Ndyamba, a further 5 months later!

The last email I received was on 11/7/2012 from Luther Feros, whom once again requested a confirmation of my ID to update my profile, with an added not that the fund is still on hold. They have received all this. I want answers.
