I have been retrenched at the end of April 2013, as soon as this happend I made the effort to contact all my debutors incuding FNB to inform them I have been retrenched and is currently looking for another job. I have asked them to please not debut my account as I cannot make these payment and will make up these payments as soon as I have a new possition. I do not know why but for some or other reason they still tried to debut my account I have contacted FNB when I saw this and they reversed paymnet as there was not enough funds but then FNB charged me a total of over R900.00 (in some instances R139 to R230) worth of unpaid debutorder charges. I send them secure internet message again telling them I cannot aford these charges and it comes down to they cannot assist me I have to go into the branch and do the stop order paymnets and still they cannot reverse these charges. I am so dissapointed and mad with FNB and is in progress to change my account to another bank. I RECOMEND EVERY ONE STAY AWAY FROM FND THEY ARE ONLY THERE WHEN THE GOING IS GOOD!!!
