What happend to customer service in this country?

I applied online for car finance and got approved. Then waited for a consultant to contact me back.
Shakira contacted me and asked me questions I did not have the answers to so I said I will come back to her. That is where the problem started... I could not get hold of Shakira again. I left 4 messages and tried to reach her on her direct line with no satisfaction. After a whole day of trying endlessly I got hold of her just after 16:30. Closing time yay... so she could not help me. When i asked her why she did not return my calls she said: I was sooo busy... OMW!! Really!! Your "sooo busy" cost me a very nice deal... thank you very much..for nothing and wasting my time and money!

What really frustrated me was that no one else could take over the application or assist me, only Shakira supposedly could.

Useless! I am planning on moving to another bank.
