Made 3 appointments through the prestige bank call centre with my prestige banker and not once did he show for the appointment. There were no bank manager to talk to about this matter. Now, if i am a prestige banker and this is the poor service i get, what about the poor 'normal' clients. Absolutely pathetic service!!! You won't see me again.
