Prestige banking not so prestige

I am a prestige banking client and as such I am suppose to have access to a personal prestige banker. However, every time I try to make an appointment for a Saturday I am informed that on Saturdays it is first come first serve. When I get to Greenstone branch its sorry you don't have an appointment. The service here is pathetic. I'm still on the bank been waiting for an hour and a half just to change my name after I got married. I'm wondering why I even pay all the extra bank charges
