I have a so-called Prestige account at Standard Bank and have been trying to to make an appointment with a Prestige banker. I phoned the call centre twice and then even went to the branch in person to try and arrange an appointment. I left my details with all and sundry. Despite several promises, nobody has come back to me. What more is expected from me? is this the type of service that a client should accept from a bank? Is this the way in which Standard Bank treats their clients?
