Appaling service fromStandard bank

I have been trying to get hold of a prestige banker with a query i have regarding my vehicle financing. it has been horrific trying to get hold of anybody and I've been phoning and emailing, i have even starting escalating the situation to superiors and team leaders at prestige and not even then did i get any feedback from any of them. this has been ongoing for 5 consecutive days. then some customer care lady tells me that the prestige banker will get back or reply when she has time maybe during her lunch time or after 3 o'clock. well excuse me for interrupting in your work time with something related to you job!!! how can my own bank give me such poor interest rate and another bank give me a better interest rate that i don't even bank with. the service regarding my complaining and my needs has not been dealt with any professionalism and i am disgusted with this level of service from standard bank prestige. i received better service from another bank that i don't even deal with and it makes me wonder how much more will they do for me if i take my business with them. regards
