At my previous company we were on the Company Pension Fund so this means Liberty Pension fund, they employer came back to all the employee's and stated that they will move all the payouts to COST TO COMPANY, this means you will have to contribute from your own pocket and everybody agreed, but as time flew bye we were informed that the Employer liquidated the fund and not cancel, we Spoke to our Consultant from Liberty in Nelspruit and he said that our money would be transferred and this can take up to a year, well it's been up to 1 year and 9 months and still nothing, we write emails, we phone but no Feedback from Liberty or if they give you feedback it is like 1 month later, what about interest on the money, who will be getting that, why is this process taking so long and why can't liberty give you a straight answer. We've paid on time every single month but now that we really need our money nobody can help... This is a very urgent matter, hope somebody will be able to give us straight answers
