Unable to open account at FNB

On the 10th of July I went with the documentation to FNB at Irene to open a fluid account for my son which is now 1 year old. I myself am a platinum client. I was told that the birth certificate had to be an original yet the website does not state whether it should be the original. I went back later in the day only to sit and wait there for 30min with 2 people in front of me and 2 at the counters which obviously had unusual problems that the ladies could not solve.

I approached the Business Relations manager as the bank manager was not there and she said that they are fully staffed, although there was one open counter.

I am also a diabetic and try and schedule my days to certain times. Looks like FNB got enough customers over the last year with all the advertising that service delivery went out the window...
