ACCOUNT 2 MONTH OLD BABY WHO WAS BEATEN BY DAD

I was trying to assist the victim and her baby to open up an account and there was an influx of support from people who have read about this story. I bank with FNB so decided to take steve up on his offer. When i called in i started to explain my story to the lady who answered - she didnt let me complete what i was saying and cut me off to ask "What exactly are you wanting help with? " I advised i wanted to open an account for this baby donations to go into however the dad who was in jail for beating up the baby had these with him as his family was get prisioners by him. her response was NO birth certificate NO ACCOUNT and she cut the call.
Whatever happened to FNB service ' How can we help you" my foot she didnt even understand the history behind my request. FNB know this - i called STANDARD BANK directly after this call and the lady on the line Colisha was extremly help while she advised that we could not open up an account with birth certificate she was going to get someone to help us to see how they could assist in this situation, FNB should give up while they still can. Pathetic service. Change your SLOGAN!!!
