I asked or wanted to confirm my account number. I answered all their security questions except for my cell #. I gave my new # & my old cell #, they told me its incorrect. I then checked when was the last deposit I made, date & amount I told him I asked my account no, which I gave was correct, he confirmed. So then I asked what my balance was, still he did not want to give me that information. All this for a cell number after I've given him all the correct answers & gave him added information as well. I could hear he was just trying to justify himself & his colleague Shantel because they wanted to be correct, ...what about the customer is always right?
