Good day

I have called the Absa Finance department today for my motor service plan and held for about 20 minutes. The lady gave me a number to call at Innovation Group as this is the company that should be providing that service for me. I called and got through to Antoinette who was fiendly and very helpful. She gave me my policy number: QB/SO/00065/029926 to enquire with the claims department. She put me through to the wrong departement (I didn't get the name of the person); she then put me through to Leroy. I have explained to him that I need to take my vehicle for service as it on 26 000 km and the first owner took the vehicle before the 15 000 km in November last year; so I also have to do that to keep the warranty of the vehicle. He hung up. I called again and got through to Riaan and was also disconnected.

I need to know what is the process of it all to take my vehicle for finance. I would really appreciate it if they can come back to me with this as I was almost on the phone for an hour. If I cannot come to any agreement with them; they must just cancel the whole thing.
