I was a student at Intec in 2009. I paid up my fees before I was even done with course. Now in 2014 I am successful business man and want to buy my first house only to get told that i cant get the bond because of an account that has been in arrears since 2010...
When I called Intec to find out they had my number wrong and their excuse is that they tried phoning me... but my postal address is correct? why not send a letter???
and now i must go search for proof of payment from 2010? and what makes me angry is that they all just say... " unfortunately we cant do anything"
