I have been trying to cancel our Liberty Life Policy for the last few years know and nothing. we goty a better offer with Momentun where they cover both my husband and myself not life Liberty where just my husband is covered even though the both of us is registered on the bond, i fax through the cancellation doc's on the 22/3/2013 again, I called them 27/03/2013 received nothing as per standard bank, Patience said it will take 3 working day, today 2/04/2013 called again still in process as per Godfrey.
15:02 today i received email from Bohlela patricia to say the policy unable to cancel.
why is it you can't cancel, when you can get a better offer.
